Chicago, IL — January 10, 2005 — PeopleScout, a provider of outsourced candidate screening and processing solutions, has introduced a new offering intended to help customers hire qualified candidates faster while reducing their recruitment advertising spend and allowing for better tracking of the effectiveness of recruiting dollars.

A rising demand for qualified candidates in a tight labor market is pushing many employers to look beyond conventional sources of hiring. PeopleScout said that CopyScout integrates sourcing and candidate processing, helping to attract the most qualified candidates using high yield, low cost sources that direct them to a centralized toll-free number or a career Web site powered by PeopleScout.com.

Companies can spend thousands of dollars on recruitment advertising campaigns to attract new employment candidates without achieving a comprehensive understanding of how well their ad campaign is working. PeopleScout said that CopyScout streamlines this process with Web-based software that measures the effectiveness of a company's candidate sourcing efforts by providing analytical data that track and measures advertising spend, the number of responses each ad generates and the number of hires secured.

CopyScout also provides an archive of ad copy along with various media sources in a library. Advertising is then electronically distributed to media sources with real-time response data available. CopyScout account managers can then establish the effectiveness of the recruitment campaign and manage the dollars spent on advertising, PeopleScout said.

"We've found CopyScout to be an effective sourcing tool for many of our clients," said Denise Foy, president of PeopleScout. "With CopyScout, we are able to help our customers reach broader candidate audiences at affordable costs and make estimated budget forecasts for the year to come. This additional solution gives us a unique tool to more effectively manage the entire recruitment process from end-to-end, while yielding better hires at a lower cost."

PeopleScout already has six clients using the CopyScout service, and the provider claims that the solution has cut client's average media spend by 25-30 percent.

"PeopleScout offers a low fixed management fee, negotiated media rates, aggregate buying, real-time response data and low cost alternatives to traditional paid sourcing methods," concluded Foy.
