Atlanta, GA — February 8, 2005 — Mattson Technology Inc., a supplier of advanced process equipment used to manufacture semiconductors, said it will implement Servigistics' service parts management solution to manage its global service parts network.

Servigistics said it will provide Mattson with visibility across its worldwide service parts network, as well as advanced forecasting techniques and service parts planner productivity tools, all in one scalable service parts management solution.
