Enablers ally on solutions to provide in-store access to back-office data

New York, NY — September 12, 2005 — Apparel industry solution provider Jesta I.S. has teamed up with point-of-sale (POS) specialist Triversity to offer private-label versions of various in-store solutions to the retail market, including point-of-sale, mobile point-of-sale, customer relationship management, loyalty, sales audit and loss prevention.

Verdun, Quebec-based Jesta I.S. provides business solutions for the apparel, footwear and consumer goods industries, while Triversity is an international provider of POS solutions. Triversity's is based in Toronto, with U.S. headquarters in Philadelphia.

Under the companies' agreement, Jesta I.S. will re-brand the Triversity offering and go to market with Vision POS, part of the Vision Suite of solutions. Vision Merchandising, Jesta's merchandise management and inventory control solution has been implemented with Triversity at such retailers as Town Shoes Limited.

"The synergies that exist between the Jesta and Triversity suite of solutions offers retailers unlimited visibility for back office, point-of-sale and point-of-contact transactions, as well as the ability to efficiently align and monitor all processes," Jesta I.S. said in announcing the deal.

As a value-added solution, Jesta's Vision Item Locator, a Web-based module, enables retailers to perform in-store style look-ups to locate goods across the chain directly from the Vision POS solution. This browser-based solution allows the cashier to access the organization's intranet site to display customer product information, place an order and even allow the customer to sign-up for loyalty programs.

"Being one of the only organizations with the ability to offer organizations both a sourcing and retail package, we realized that by including in-store solutions with our Vision Merchandising product, we cover the supply chain from concept to consumer," said Leslie Belcher, president of Jesta I.S. "These systems have been integrated and running smoothly for several years, and, with similar corporate goals, Triversity was the most logical partner."
