Combined document management firm to offer flexible technology platform for streamlined supply management

Greenwich, CT — September 16, 2005 — Workflow Management, Inc., parent company of WorkflowOne, one of North America's a provider of printing and promotional products, announced today that they have signed an agreement to acquire the Dayton, Ohio-based Relizon Co., a North American supplier of business process solutions for document outsourcing, billing and marketing.

Upon the completion of the acquisition, WorkflowOne and Relizon will be an over $1 billion player in the North American document management solution market. In addition, over 5,000 employees and 25,000 combined clients from WorkflowOne and Relizon will be able to use the broader portfolio of products and services.

Both Relizon and WorkflowOne said they will use their respective strengths to provide clients with deeper expertise in analytics, creative services, marketing, fulfillment, commercial print and promotional products; a broad North American footprint in manufacturing, warehousing and distribution; and a flexible technology platform for streamlined supply management.

The terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The closing of the transaction is subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions, receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals and is expected to occur in October 2005.
