Global trade management provider builds on sales and operations in Europe, Pacific Rim

San Mateo, CA — November 1, 2005 — TradeBeam Holdings Inc., a provider of global trade m anagement (GTM) software and services, announced today the launch of operations in India, which follows the build out of sales and operational units in Europe and on the Pacific Rim, all designed to meet the demands of its growing customer base.

We are excited to expand our global presence and further enhance our solution footprint to position the company for continued growth, said Graham R.F. Napier, president and CEO of TradeBeam. By establishing sales and operational units worldwide we are capitalizing on the growing demand for GTM solutions that integrate physical and financial supply chains across borders to help improve global trade processes.

TradeBeam said it has established global operations over the past 18 months, launching sales and support units in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia and, most recently, China and India.

Using its GTM solution, TradeBeam said Chinese companies will have the ability to automate customs filings, manage global orders and logistics tracking as well as invoicing and trade finance. In addition, TradeBeam's India operations will help the company expand its international team of engineers, fuel the development of new applications and focus on sales activities.
