Willey, the largest home furnishings retailer west of the Mississippi, has selected Partsearch Technologies' RetailPOINT solution to offer customers over 7.2 million consumer replaceable parts and accessories for their electronics, computers, appliances and wireless devices.

The co-branded R.C. Willey-Partsearch Web site and toll-free customer service offering are designed to allow Willey customers to accessorize their products with a full assortment of items that were made for their products, without requiring R.C. Willey to carry any additional inventory.

The Partsearch solution also makes it possible for R.C. Willey to provide its stores with replacement parts for in-store display items and open box returns. This enables the stores to maintain their attractive displays and ensures that customers can demo all of the products in their true lifestyle settings.
