Hewlett-Packard Japan Announces Partnership with Servigistics

Servigistics Asia, HP Japan to offer service parts management solution to manufacturers and distributors

Tokyo and Atlanta — November 14, 2005 — Hewlett-Packard Japan, the Japanese arm of Hewlett-Packard Co., and Servigistics, a service parts management solution provider, today announced an agreement to offer the Servigistics Service Parts Management solution in combination with HP Japan's business consulting services to manufacturers and distributors throughout the region.

Under the agreement, HP Japan will use Servigistics Service Parts Management solution to enable product manufacturers and distributors to realize improved effectiveness and efficiency in their service businesses.

Additionally, HP Japan will provide support services from the pre-implementation phase through post-implementation phase, including value assessments, consulting services, system design, and architecture support and system maintenance.
