Irvine, CA — December 7, 2005 — The Digital Products Division (DPD) of Toshiba America Information Systems (TAIS) has selected RiverOne's INTERACTIVE supply chain solution to integrate and streamline its multi-enterprise supply chain execution processes.

DPD markets a range of notebook products through multiple channels. TAIS will deploy INTERACTIVE as an on-demand service from RiverOne to control and streamline its extended enterprise processes, connecting the value chain between its customers and its manufacturing facilities.

RiverOne said that the INTERACTIVE software solution enables business processes at the supply chain level, delivering integrated execution, multi-tier planning and shared metrics through a single, multi-company business application. The solution helps foster "supply chain intimacy" by enabling organizations to define and drive their supply chain operations partner-by-partner and program-by-program, RiverOne said.

"Our goal is operate an extremely efficient supply chain in order to maximize service to our customers while minimizing supply chain cost," said Scott Hampson, vice president for supply chain at TAIS. "By integrating the new capabilities offered by RiverOne with our existing enterprise systems we can establish a control system that extends beyond our operations to encompass the end-to-end value chain."

RiverOne's other customers include ViaSat, Flextronics and Solectron. Founded in 1999, RiverOne is headquartered in Irvine, Calif.
