Providers align to deliver customer relationship management to vertical markets

Westborough, MA, and Bellevue, WA — July 21, 2004 — Customer strategy and solutions consultancy Akibia Consulting and Onyx Software Corp., a customer relationship management (CRM) provider, said they have allied to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions to a variety of vertical markets, including financial services, technology, life sciences and manufacturing.

The combined Onyx-Akibia offering will use Akibia's Multishore business model, which includes both local experts that are familiar with the business processes, organizational impact and cultural nuances, and offshore technology professionals located in Chennai, India.

Additionally, Onyx said it will contribute its vertical solution expertise to drive more customized solutions to the markets that Akibia serves.
