New products focus around on-demand customer relationship management
Boston — October 4, 2004 — Salesnet, a provider of on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) software, today announced that it has launched new on-demand products that are aimed at accelerating user adoption, driving ROI, and addressing customer needs over the lifecycle.
The company said the introduction of the products supports the launch its new Customer Success Roadmap, a business strategy created to help Salesnet customers receive more value from their on-demand implementations.
Salesnet said it has already launched several new products to support the direction and execution of Salesnet's Customer Success Roadmap, including Global Edition to specifically support global sales forecasting and roll-up, Data De-duplication and Cleansing, and Salesnet Secure Offline Edition.
Other general product upgrades recently made by Salesnet include infrastructure improvements for further increasing scalability, system redundancy and performance, and security. Salesnet said it has specifically completed an enterprise-class storage area network (SAN) upgrade and an additional disaster recovery site (DRS) upgrade. In addition, the company implemented security enhancements around trusted domain restricting, and upgraded intrusion prevention systems (IPS), intrusion detection systems (IDS), and secure socket layer (SSL) acceleration.
