Dallas — December 4, 2003 — National chain Domino's Pizza has again tapped Dallas-based Paymentech for payment processing at its more than 570 company-owned locations. Pricing benefits resulting from this new agreement will be extended to the more than 2,700 Domino's Pizza franchise locations already processing with Paymentech.

Founded in 1960, Domino's operates a network of 7,332 company-owned and franchised stores in the United States and more than 50 countries, with system wide sales of nearly $4 billion in 2002.

Paymentech won the multi-year contract after a review of other providers in the credit card processing industry. Domino's takes in an estimated $50 million in bankcard volume annually from its company-owned stores.

"Obviously, we are thrilled that we've earned their business again," said Dave Carr, group executive at Paymentech. Domino's will use its own point of sale system, as well as a variety of terminals.

Paymentech said it processes more payment transactions than any other company in North America, as well as more than half of all Internet transactions, for retailers accepting U.S. and international payments via traditional point of sale, Internet, catalog and recurring payments. In 2002, Paymentech and its Canadian affiliate, based in Toronto, processed 4.2 billion transactions and $123 billion in bankcard sales in 14 currencies.
