CLEVELAND, Ohio (September 12, 2011) – KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., the investment banking arm of KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY), announced today that Gary Ciuba has joined the firm as a Managing Director to lead the firm’s Transportation & Logistics Practice. In this role, Mr. Ciuba will support KBCM’s already robust banking capabilities as well as the niche subsector expertise of this practice. Mr. Ciuba will be based in Dallas.

Mr. Ciuba brings more than 25 years of investment banking experience to this position. Before joining KBCM, Mr. Ciuba was a managing director and head of the Transportation & Logistics Group at Stephens Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Ciuba spent a decade at Arthur Anderson, where he served as a Partner in charge of their Corporate Finance Group with a focus on supply chain and logistics technology.
Mr. Ciuba earned his BA from Rutgers College and he received his MBA in Financing and Accounting from Columbia University. Additionally, Mr. Ciuba is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
