Sleepy's implemented Descartes' Route Planner and Reservations solutions as the technology platform for its home delivery operations

Sleepy's is a leading mattress retailer in North America with over 700 stores, delivering over 17 brands. Sleepy's needs efficient routes and real-time reservation capability to ensure that mattresses are delivered on-time and on-budget while putting the customer first. Sleepy's needed a solution with the flexibility to accommodate
last-minute customer requests, cancellations or unpredictable delays.
