Touts revenue growth of over 60 percent, expansion of its e-procurement and procurement outsourcing solutions in FY2004

Clark, NJ — March 7, 2005 — Global eProcure has announced results in FY 2004, with company revenues growing by 60 percent while maintaining profitability for the third consecutive year.

Global eProcure provides spend management solutions, including Automated Spend Analysis and Reporting, eRFX and eAuctions, Vendor Management Solutions, Contract Management, eProcurement, Project Management and Procurement Outsourcing to its Global 2000 and public sector clients.

Some of Global eProcure's accomplishments for the year 2004 include expansion of its offshore operations and enhancement of its spend management technology. The upgraded Enterprise Spend Management Solution 5.0, provides fully integrated Spend Analysis, eRFX, eAuctions, Enterprise Contract Management, Vendor Management, eProcurement and Project Management modules.

In addition, Global eProcure said it added several customers to its roster of clientele in FY2004. Some of the clients served in 2004 include Saint-Gobain; Nationwide Insurance; Sunoco; Amtrak; US Postal Service; and the US Departments of Justice, and Housing and Urban Development.
