ChicagoMarch 21, 2016CloudCraze, the enterprise commerce platform built natively on Salesforce, will join Adobe, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), as its latest business-to-business (B2B) commerce solution partner. With support from Deloitte, this partnership will enable customer-centric, scalable and robust digital commerce platforms for joint B2B customers.

Adobe Experience Manager, an industry leader in digital experiences, offers a unified solution for organizations to design, manage, and deliver customer-facing digital experiences across the web, mobile apps and sites, social communities, video, and on-site channels to build brand loyalty and drive demand.

“The consumerization of the B2B industry is here,” said Ray Grady, executive vice president of CloudCraze. “We’ve reached a point in the evolution of commerce where buyers are expecting a business-to-consumer (B2C) experience in the B2B environment; they want access to product reviews, rich content, and side-by-side comparisons of products as they shop. Brands are looking to agile software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms to provide the customer-centric experience that the industry demands.”

With B2B digital commerce expected to grow at an annual rate of 19 percent, according to Forrester Research, companies are making it a major area of focus in 2016. Adobe, Deloitte Digital and CloudCraze are partnering to address this market need by providing agile cloud solutions designed for today’s modern B2B firms.

“Companies have to create meaningful, compelling digital experiences at every link of the relationship from marketing materials to the sales interaction—B2C or B2B,” said Errol Denger, director of commerce at Adobe. “Integrating Adobe Experience Manager with CloudCraze’s B2B commerce solution will enable our joint customers to provide exceptional digital experiences across devices and global markets.”

Key player in this relationship, Deloitte Digital, will build the technology to allow for a seamless integration of CloudCraze and Adobe, leveraging the robust application program interfaces (APIs) of both platforms via its MarketMix accelerator for the B2B industry. MarketMix is Deloitte Digital¹s industry-specific suite of tools and services that helps marketers implement, integrate, and operate the Adobe Marketing Cloud® with speed and reliability. Deloitte Digital's custom technology combined with CloudCraze's unique B2B digital commerce applications allows Adobe customers to build digital commerce websites using both platforms’ capabilities to their fullest extent.

According to the CloudCraze 2016 State of Digital Commerce Report, 40 percent of B2B and B2C digital leaders report barriers to gaining a holistic view of their customers with their current e-commerce system. CloudCraze’s Salesforce-enabled platform will enable joint customers to seamlessly integrate commerce with their customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

“Unlike traditional legacy systems, CloudCraze offers a scalable, nimble and easily integrated approach to B2B digital commerce that’s quick to market,” Grady furthered. “We are eager to partner with Adobe to provide joint customers with robust, next-generation commerce platforms.”
