DiCentral Acquires Trading Partner and Unite! From EMANIO

Acquisition strengthens DiCentral’s B2B integration suite; enables EMANIO’s strategic focus on Business Intelligence portfolio

Houston—Aug. 31 2011—DiCentral, an innovator in computer software for B2B integration and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), has acquired EDI and data integration products Trading Partner and Unite! from EMANIO, Inc.

 The acquisition will expand DiCentral’s ability to help organizations create more intelligent and dynamic business networks by simplifying and automating the way they connect and communicate with customers, partners and suppliers; both on-premise or through cloud computing delivery models and managed or conventional software services model. 

Acquiring Trading Partner and Unite! further expands DiCentral’s enterprise data and B2B integration suite, creating the most comprehensive data integration product set for transactional and operational applications regardless of data volume or latency. “This enables our customers to apply data integration solutions throughout their extended enterprise," said Thuy Mai, DiCentral chairman and CEO.
