VTS Rebrands to IntelliShift Following Large Investment

The IntelliShift name expands to take over the entirety of parent company VTS, following $70 million in investment earlier this summer.

IntelliShift, formerly a division of Vehicle Tracking Solutions (VTS), is now the name of the entire company. In June 2021, VTS saw a $70 million investment from LLR Partners to support growth in North America and focus on customer service.
