Irvine, CA April 19, 2001 ADAPT Software Applications announced yesterday the commercial availability of ADAPT 2001, a new customer relationship management (CRM) software product that will enable small to medium-sized businesses to take advantage of the CRM functionality and ease of use that larger companies experience with similar software, but at a lower cost.
ADAPT 2001 features simplified menu commands and a customizable, Web-style design. In addition, the software will give users the ability to manage marketing campaigns, sales opportunities, service tickets, and fulfillment, and perform real-time/ERP [enterprise resource planning] accounting interfaces.
