ADAPT Software Applications Introduces New CRM System

Irvine, CA  November 19, 2001  In a bid to keep up with a constantly changing market, ADAPT Software Applications Inc., a customer relationship management (CRM) software provider, announced the release of Version 3.10 of its ADAPT 2001 CRM system.


The company's Version 3.10 features such things as advanced business processes automation; remote user support; related accounts, tasks and appointments; and interactive scripting capabilities. The software also offers an updated Microsoft Outlook and enterprise resource planning (ERP) database integration, customer service capabilities, rights-based security, and a variety of system administration tools.


According to Brian Dunn, president of ADAPT Software Applications, "This new system expands the use of ADAPT 2001 beyond traditional customer relationship management to true "computer aided management."


The original version of the ADAPT 2001 CRM system allowed businesses to manage internal resources; customer, supplier and prospect relationships; marketing campaigns; sales opportunities; and financial transactions, as well as service contracts and incidents within a single CRM module.
