Greg Wood is the director of data transformation at IHS Markit. He oversees data content for the electronic parts products.With more than 20 years of experience in the component information business, he has in-depth knowledge of component taxonomies, attributes, data mapping and integration, component environmental compliance legislation and component export compliance reporting. Prior to IHS Markit, Wood worked in various technical roles for CADIS, Partminer, Tecnetics, ISEC, the Denver Institute of Technology and numerous contracting positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado.
