GREAT NECK, N.Y. /NEWSdesk -- Juniper Group, Inc announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Computer Design Associates, Ltd. ("CDA"), a systems integration and Internet Solutions provider, has joined the Government Sales Network. The Government Sales Network (a company that helps businesses participate in the government procurement market) targets the $400 billion Federal, State and local government market.
CDA is positioning itself to become a full service reseller, selling all types of computer hardware, software, network equipment and peripherals.
Under the recent Federal Streamlining Act, which requires federal, state and local agencies to move toward more online purchases, government procurement via the internet grew to more than $8 billion in 1999. CDA intends to capture a large portion of that market.
