SANTA CLARA, CA and DALLAS, TX PRNewswire December 18, 2000 i2 Technologies, an e-marketplace solutions provider, partnered with Netfish Technologies in an agreement that will allow i2 to integrate and resell the Netfish XDI B2B process integration products with i2's TradeMatrix Solutions. The agreement allows TradeMatrix users to collaborate and integrate with business partners over the Internet.
Netfish's B2B solutions are designed to enable i2 customers to quickly integrate TradeMatrix with business processes, enterprise applications and EDI communications systems across multiple organizations in their value chains. In addition, the Netfish process flow engine will integrate with TradeMatrix internal workflows.
Netfish's appeal for i2 includes its any-to-any document translation for disparate B2B protocols, including EDI; and offering the ability to provide the right fit for trading partners with requirements ranging from simple file interfaces to full-blown process integration. Netfish offers a comprehensive solution for B2B business process management, said Dr. Pallab Chatterjee, executive vice president of i2. i2's decision to establish a relationship with Netfish was not a difficult one because this partnership provides an additional offering for integrating and managing B2B processes for e-hubs.
