NEW YORK -- March 2, 2001 -- VENTUREWIRE -- PartMiner, an online market for the electronic components industry, filed with the SEC to withdraw its planned IPO. In the filing the company cited an unfavorable market in scrapping the offering that was to raise up to $75 million. PartMiner had been in registration for over a year.
