MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2001-- The Cybrant Corporation and Blue Martini Software recently announced a strategic alliance focused on integrating the Cybrant suite of Complex Selling Automation (CSA) applications with the Blue Martini Software customer relationship management (eCRM) application suite.
The alliance will allow, for example, a personal computer manufacturer using the Blue Martini Software application suite could develop an e-commerce site and partner portal. Then using the Cybrant CSA applications integrated with the site, a corporate customer or consumer will be able to configure a built-to-order PC or workstation, indicating the specific features and functionality they want. Cybrant CSA applications also enable the consumer to understand the tradeoffs and impact of every decision they make during the configuration process.
