Under terms of the agreement, Schneider Logistics will add Web-enabled performance and volume reporting, proof-of-delivery (POD) procurement, and customer return transportation management to its service offerings. It also will continue to handle Ocean Spray's freight payment, domestic finished goods, and domestic and Canadian transfer distribution management.

Ocean Spray has agreed to let Schneider Logistics provide consultation and solutions in load consolidation, optimized carrier selection, and comprehensive freight management.
