CRM company joins with ChannelWave and AvantGo

CAMBRIDGE, MA  March 21, 2002  E.piphany is making a lot friends lately, The customer relationship management (CRM) company has recently announced two joint projects with other software providers.


E.piphany's first joint venture is with ChannelWave Software, Inc., a provider of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions. The two companies have agreed to jointly provide solutions to help enterprises optimize collaborative marketing, sales and service functions across their direct and indirect sales channels.  


These solutions, which include E.piphany's newly announced E.6 suite of Smart CRM(tm) solutions and the ChannelWave 5 PRM solution, enables enterprises and their partners to create a single, more complete view of their customers and their business. Enterprises can leverage this intelligence to better target, attract and retain customers throughout the entire demand chain and enhance the profitability of collaborative marketing, sales, and service activities with channel partners.

In its second announcement of the week, E.piphany is going mobile. AvantGo, Inc., a provider of mobile enterprise software, announced that it is teaming with E.piphany to provide the capabilities of E.piphany E.6 to Palm OS, Pocket PC and RIM BlackBerry Wireless Handheld(TM) devices. The AvantGo solution extends E.piphany's existing mobile capabilities to deliver customers an even more advanced high-end wireless experience with improved application access and speed on handheld devices.


Sales representatives can update opportunities, access sales analysis and obtain customer intelligence through E.piphany's ActivePath(TM) technology anytime, anywhere while enjoying the benefits of increased graphical support and application response times made possible by the AvantGo software.
