New CRM solution claims increased business win rates, reduced time-to-market

Cincinatti, Ohio  September 30, 2002  Cincom Systems Inc., a solution provider for manufacturers, is offering a CRM [customer relationship management] Solution for Complex Manufacturers. The company claimed the solution has already cut customer proposal times from five days to 15 minutes, product time-to-market by much as 70 percent and increased business win rates by 15 percent.
