AcquireX offers its hosted purchasing solution to Corporate Express customers

Long Beach, CA  December 12, 2002  AcquireX, a procurement network for office products and equipment, is set to make its flagship e-procurement solution available to select customers of office supplies giant Corporate Express, the two companies announced today.

Under the new alliance, existing AcquireX customers will also be able to place orders through Corporate Express.

Offering a hosted e-procurement application, AcquireX implements and maintains for its customers a system designed to reduce the administrative costs associated with processing a purchase order and reducing overall spend by driving orders through pre-negotiated agreements. The company specializes in office products, peripherals, printing supplies and audio-visual equipment.
