Newport Beach, CA — March 13, 2003 — Supply chain connectivity specialist IPNet Solutions today rolled out the latest version of its flagship integration solution, adding features to simplify setup and administration.
IPNet said that version 2.4 of its IPNet BizManager solution includes test "wizards" that can verify AS1/AS2 transport settings, ensuring that all entered values are correct before engaging with trading partners. This latest version also provides improved quick-start wizards for trading partner profile setup and licensing, walking the user step-by-step through each process.
In addition, version 2.4 includes rules to process nonstandard electronic data interchange (EDI) documents, which have traditional EDI headers and footers but nonstandard body content. The new statistical reports for BizManager BizLink enable users to perform more detailed data analysis for transport planning and scheduling purposes.
BizManager 2.4 also provides direct access to customer support online and IPNet's Customer Support KnowledgeBase.

BizManager 2.4 provides a set of business messaging capabilities for enterprises of various sizes. For larger companies, BizManager BizLink and BizManager400 enable secure transaction exchange using transports and protocols that include Internet EDI, ebXML, XML, HL7 (Health Level Seven), secure FTP, binary and flat files, and support for HIPAA compliance (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
The suite also includes three transaction exchange alternatives that address the needs of smaller partners with limited technology and resources: BizConnect, BizMail and BizWeb.
