IHS Acquires Dyadem

Information and analysis specialist adds provider of operational risk management and quality risk management solutions

Englewood, CO — April 27, 2011 — Information and analysis specialist IHS Inc. has acquired Dyadem International, Ltd., the market leader in operational risk management and quality risk management solutions.

Dyadem provides software and services that empower companies to discover and manage the risks to people and products in the design and manufacturing processes.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
