The Supply & Demand Chain Executive 100 Top Supply Chain Transformations (SDCE 100) spotlights successful and innovative transformation projects that deliver bottom-line value to small, medium and large enterprises across the range of supply chain functions. The supply chain projects featured in this awards program can serve as an industry roadmap for new opportunities designed to drive operational success.

Please read each question, along with any accompanying explanation, thoroughly. And please, submit only one project per company!

Deadline for submissions is Friday, March 30, 2018.
