Emory University Looks to Improve Savings Grade with Zycus Spend Management Solutions
University to leverage software-as-a-service Spend Analysis and Strategic Sourcing solutions to automate and streamline spend management processes to deliver accelerated ROI


Princeton, NJ — January 22, 2010 — Emory University has selected spend management solutions from Zycus to transform and automate its strategic sourcing initiatives, the solution provider has announced.

Currently Emory is in the process of beefing up its sourcing and reporting capabilities. The University has sought to automate manual sourcing and reporting processes in order to more quickly find savings opportunities, convert them into real savings and streamline supplier and product selection.

The goal is to Emory reduce costs in the short term and create a sustainable long term process, and the Atlanta-based private research university has tapped software-as-a-service spend analysis and strategic sourcing solutions from Zycus to reach its objectives.
