Converteam to Convert Procurement Initiatives into Savings with Zycus
French power conversion engineering company leverages Zycus' Spend Analysis multilingual capabilities for improved visibility and accelerated savings
Paris — January 13, 2010 — French power conversion specialist Converteam has tapped Zycus for a spend analysis solution as part of an initiative to gain improved visibility and accelerate savings, the solution provider has announced.
Converteam provides customized solutions to convert electrical energy in rotating machines, drives and process automation. With over 5,000 employees, the group provides power solutions worldwide and serves specialized sectors, as well as its core markets in marine offshore, oil and gas and offshore, energy and industry. At year-end 2008, Converteam's sales totaled 1.1 billion euros.
