Ladish Names Haga Director, Supply Chain Management
Production manager moves up to SCM position at main forging facility for producer of highly engineered components for aerospace and industrial markets
Cudahy, WI — August 4, 2008 — Ladish Forging has appointed Curt Haga to be director of supply chain management at the company, which is the main forging facility of Ladish Co., Inc., headquartered in Cudahy, WI.
Previously Haga served as production manager with the company. Haga joined Ladish in 1982 and was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility in production-related operations.
In his new position, Haga will oversee the forging operation's production planning, material acquisition, manufacturing scheduling and shipping activities.
Haga received a BA degree in Production Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater in 1981. His post-graduate certifications include: CPIM (Certified in Production & Inventory Management) and CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), earned through APICS (Association of Operations Management). He has also earned a CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) through ISM (Institute of Supply Management).
