GameStop Promotes Supply Chain Exec to Lead Global Operations
Michael Mauler rises from SVP of supply chain position to become EVP of GameStop International


Grapevine, TX — January 25, 2010 — Top game retailer GameStop Corp. has promoted a top supply chain executive to lead its global operations, the company has announced.

Michael Mauler has been named executive vice president of GameStop International, where he will lead operations in 15 countries outside of North America. Mauler was formerly the company's senior vice president of supply chain and international support.

GameStop is the world's largest video game and entertainment software retailer. The company operates more than 6,200 retail stores worldwide, as well as GameStop.com and EBgames.com.

"Mike's leadership qualities as senior vice president of supply chain and international support have been instrumental in developing the infrastructure, distribution capabilities and international online sales strategies to support our continued international growth," said R. Richard Fontaine, executive chairman of GameStop.

Mauler was vice president of logistics at Electronics Boutique when GameStop acquired the business in 2005. He has held senior management positions at Dade Behring and Fisher Scientific, where he led operations for 22 countries.

GameStop's U.S. and Canadian operations will continue to be directed by chief operating officer J. Paul Raines.
