NCR Chooses Servigistics for Service Parts Management
Provider of technology solutions and services seeks to optimize service parts management on a single, integrated global platform


Atlanta — March 27, 2008 — NCR Corporation, a global technology company, said this week it has selected the Servigistics Service Parts Management solution to improve customer service levels while also reducing global service parts inventory.

NCR said it will utilize the Servigistics solution to optimize inventory in its Regional Distribution Centers as well as Field Stocking Locations and field service technician truck stocks in order to support the delivery of high customer service levels.

NCR's criteria for selecting a service management solution provider included the ability to offer a single solution for managing inventory across central and field locations worldwide, as well as a track record of success in working with other leading global companies.
