Wilmington, DE — December 11, 2006 — Supply Chain Consultants, designer and supplier of the Zemeter suite of supply chain management (SCM) software products, and Network Optimum, a division of the Optimum Group, today announced a strategic agreement regarding the sales, marketing and business development of Zemeter S&OP (sales and operations planning) in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia- Pacific region. Network Optimum is headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Under the agreement, Network Optimum will re-sell, market and conduct business development activities with regards to the Zemeter S&OP suite in these designated regions. Using its experience in supply chain management and process industries, Network Optimum will continuously scan these regional markets with its partners for sales and integration opportunities for the Zemeter S&OP software suite.

Currently, Network Optimum is expanding its partner network globally, especially in the Asia-Pacific region. As a result of this focus, a high-level SCM event is scheduled in Shanghai for December 18-21, as a kick-off event for 2007 and a campaign in the region for the Zemeter S&OP suite.
