Miami — August 19, 2008 — Neoris, a global business and IT consulting company, announced that it has licensed the XSales source code and acquired the exclusive distribution rights for SAP clients.

XSales, a direct store delivery (DSD) mobile platform, is expected to allow Neoris to extend the Neoris ActiveSuite software application into sales execution scenarios to serve consumer packaged goods (CPG) customers.

Neoris said its new solution combines ActiveSuite, which is an SAP certified xApp for supply chain execution, with a Mobile-DSD application. This solution is integrated with SAP ERP (enterprise resource planning).

"We are using the eSOA capabilities of SAP to integrate the Mobile DSD scenario and leverage the Business Process Platform. This will help our clients replace their proprietary systems, which often cannibalize the functionality of ERP systems and create dysfunctional Master Data repositories, which all-too-frequently leads to higher [total cost of ownership (TCO)] and deteriorated agility imposed to operations," said Lionel Carrasco, chief technology officer of Neoris.

Prior to the adoption of XSales, Neoris appraised the fact that for over a decade XSales has been used on thousands of routes by many global brands and industry leaders, including several of the top food and beverage companies in the Fortune 500. XSales achieved strong customer adoption because it was designed to respond to the demands of highly competitive industries that must address the daily challenge of gaining a larger share of wallet from "corner store" retailers.

ActiveSuite DSD Execution scenarios are available for SAP customers using the Neoris DSD-Bridge that was developed to leverage the SAP DSD backend modules. Existing XSales customers will be offered with a migration path to the Neoris ActiveSuite platform.
