ORION Holdings and Pitney Bowes Create ORION Printing

Global print solution division to deliver print management value for IPG agencies and clients

Stamford, Conn.July 17, 2012ORION Holdings (of Interpublic Group) and Pitney Bowes Inc. partnered to create ORION Printing, a new unit which will focus on supplying print management solutions to IPG companies globally with a mission of leveraging the holding company’s worldwide print spend to create savings and increased value for clients.

Through ORION Printing, IPG companies will gain access to a fully managed print service; a global network of industry-leading print solutions; project management; and innovative technologies to deliver enhanced service and quality with cost effectiveness to clients.

Robert Hoad will serve as ORION Printing’s Global Managing Director, reporting to McMahon. In addition, the new unit will be a fully-owned subsidiary of Orion Holdings, which is part of the IPG Mediabrands family of companies.
