ARI Makes Executive Changes

Fleet services provider appoints Chris Conroy and Rick Tousaw to lead its future growth in Canada and globally

Mount Laurel, N.J.—July 13, 2012—Global vehicle fleet management services provider Automotive Resources Intl. (ARI) appointed Chris Conroy as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ARI Canada and Managing Director of Global Operations; and promoted Rick Tousaw to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ARI Canada.

Conroy will lead ARI’s sales and client service areas in Canada, and will assume responsibility for all of ARI’s Global Operations including Mexico; Europe; Global Sales and Consultation; and the Global Fleet Services Alliance. 

With ARI since 1994, Conroy held various leadership positions with the company and most recently served as ARI Canada’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Service.

Tousaw joined ARI in 2010 as Vice President of Operations in which he successfully built a strong customer service culture and established industry leading strategies in the vendor relations, contact center and vehicle acquisition areas. He has held various leadership positions with Molson Coors, Unilever and Ocean Spray.
