Foodservice distributors leverage transportation network to expand service offering

Holland, Mich.July 10, 2012—Transportation management system (TMS) and supply chain services provider LeanLogistics signed on independent foodservice distributors Maines Paper & Foodservice Inc., Reinhart Foodservice LLC, Shamrock Foodservice and Nicholas & Co. Inc. to its growing client network.

The companies collaborated in a comprehensive search and evaluation of TMS software providers and wanted to learn about the software LeanLogistics could provide.

LeanLogistics’ On-Demand TMS provides complete daily planning, execution and settlement functions as well as periodic strategic procurement events.
