Dover, N.H.—March 20, 2012Relyco, a provider of business printing and payment solutions, appointed Michael Johnson as Vice President of ePayment solutions.

Johnson will lead the company’s initiative to help transition customers from traditional methods of paper-based check payments to time and money saving electronic payment methods for accounts payable and payroll.

The company also recently introduced new ePayment solutions— Paymode-X and DocAgent—that enable organizations to quickly set up electronic vendor payments and distributing payroll checks online.

Paymode-X makes paper-to-electronic migration fast, safe and easy. Companies can make payments with unlimited digital remittance through the secure, Web-based portal; present purchase orders; and receive and approve invoices.

DocAgent is an online pay stub, W-2 and 1099 solution that reduces operating expenses related to printing and delivering payroll stubs and tax documents.

Johnson brings over 27 years of extensive professional experience in senior management, sales and marketing programs and business development to his new position at Relyco. Most recently, he managed channel relationships and sales for Eastman Kodak Corp.’s digital print solutions and software through Ricoh. He has also held management roles at LexisNexis, Forsyte Associates, Xerox and ADP.
