The partnership will allow WatchGuard to offer a new premium four-hour returns management authorization (RMA) service to its customers.

Utilizing its infrastructure of regional distribution centers, in-country hubs, and strategic stocking locations, Choice Logistics designed and implemented a solution for the storage and delivery of WatchGuard’s replacement appliances. A centralized global inventory management and dispatch system allows Choice Logistics to fulfill WatchGuard’s basic and advanced hardware warranty services, which deliver replacement appliances in one to several days, as well as the new Premium four-hour RMA Service, which provides same-day delivery of replacement hardware.
