Version 6.5 of Enterprise 21 software adds updates to customer relationship and warehouse management functionality

Toledo, OH — March 14, 2006 — Enterprise resource planning solution provider Technology Group International has released the latest version of its Enterprise 21 solution, adding new functionality ranging from user-specific dashboards and trending reports to updated customer relationship management functionality and third-party integration.

As part of its 2006 Users Conference last month, TGI revealed a significant amount of software enhancements in the newest release of Enterprise 21. Version 6.5 offers integration to Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft MapPoint, voice-over-IP integration for CRM activities, and user-specific dashboards with integrated DSS reporting, customized graphs, drilldown capabilities and export to Excel, HTML or e-mail.

The latest version also includes upgraded "how-to" help available online for easy-to-follow instructions on transaction processing, as well as improved audit tracking for regulatory compliance and trending of accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.

Upgrades for CRM, WMS

Upgraded CRM functionality includes improvements for prospecting and lead generation, and for direct marketing. Meanwhile, version 6.5 also offers enhanced manufacturing resource planning (MRP) processing and production scheduling for machines and employees.

Improved production scheduling and processing in manufacturing can accommodate make-to-order environments, while the solution also provides upgraded lot processing and reporting of associated history.

On the fulfillment side, the solution includes trending of inventory levels and turns, as well as increased warehouse management functionality for radio frequency (RF) environments.

The newest release of Enterprise 21 is available to all maintenance customers as part of their standard support agreement, TGI said.
