Norwalk, CN — March 15, 2006 — Cartesis, a business performance management (BPM) software specialist, today announced details of a global agreement signed with Resources Global Professionals, an international professional services firm. The collaborative relationship is expected to provide financially insightful, integrated BPM and compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley, Basel II, etc.) solutions to multinational organizations.

Resources Global Professionals provides financial and accounting expertise, as well as for its human capital, information management and supply chain management capability. Its compliance solutions are used to manage corporate policies, procedures and internal controls enterprise-wide.

Cartesis is best known for its integrated BPM suite, including Cartesis ES Planning, Cartesis ES Magnitude, Cartesis ES Information Delivery and Intercompany Server.

Together, both companies offer customizable financial solutions to perform everything from complex what-if scenarios across multiple GAAP standards to documenting when and where corporate data and policies come from.
