Freight forwarding services to support supply of spare parts, finished product movements

London — July 18, 2006 — Marshall Aerospace announced today that BAX Global is providing freight forwarding services to support supply of spare parts from North American and European vendors and finished product movements in and out of Marshall's operating centre in Cambridge, UK.

Marshall Aerospace is a provider of aerospace solutions for aircraft operators worldwide. The breadth of expertise within the company allows it to work on many aircraft types and projects, covering in depth design, manufacture, maintenance, modification and logistics support to its worldwide customer base.

Services for Marshall Aerospace include freight transportation and customs brokerage, including the import and export of whole aircraft, vendor management, purchase order coordination and 24-hour aircraft-on-ground (AOG) support. BAX Global is leveraging its established AOG service centre infrastructure in London and Phoenix, Ariz., to provide Marshall with 24-hour customer support.
