Supply chain optimization specialist brings on Oracle veteran to help continue provider's growth

Boston — January 28, 2005 — Solution provider Optiant has named Jonathan Colehower as CEO, bringing on an Oracle veteran with experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and strategic supply chain consulting to help continue its growth as a provider of supply chain optimization software.

Prior to joining Optiant, Colehower was vice president of Oracle's supply chain management group, where he spearheaded the company's expansion into the supply chain management applications market. Colehower also spent ten years as an associate partner in Accenture's Strategic Services Practice.

"Jonathan brings the right mix of experience and leadership in supply chain management to keep Optiant at the forefront of a very exciting market," said Marcia Hooper, partner of Castile Ventures, which has funded Optiant.

Optiant's PowerChain suite of supply chain optimization software is in use at companies such as Gillette, Sonoco, Henkel and Imation.
