Logicor extends range of services, features for customers
Mesa, AZ — September 8, 2005 — Logicor, a provider of transportation management, shipping execution systems, extended enterprise solutions and services, today announced the completion of its acquisition of pfastship Worldwide Logistics, a provider of multi-carrier shipping execution systems integrated logistics. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Logicor said addition of pfastship's products to the offering, such as pfastship 400i and GlobalShip, extends the range of services and features it currently provides its customers. Integration of these products with the Logicor enterprise application integration (EAI) middleware, LogiCOM, provides the shipping system with a connection to the supply chain.

In turn, pfastship said it expects its product line will benefit from Logicor's customer service reputation, professional services, and ongoing investment in shipping and supply chain software.
Logicor will initially focus on bringing pfastship products to market through multiple channels, direct sales, resellers, integrators and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
