New Compliance Management Solution from IDS Scheer

Latest version to address Sarbanes-Oxley and other compliance legislation

Berwyn, PA October 12, 2005 Business process solutions provider IDS Scheer is now offering ARIS Audit Manager 3.0, which is the latest version of its compliance management solution. IDS Scheer said the software is designed to help organizations document their business processes and comply with legal requirements and guidelines, such as the Sarbanes-Oxley section 404-certification, IKS, Basel II, Solvency II, Money Laundering Act and others.

In addition, the latest version of this solution can also be used for compliance regulations from the Food & Drug Administration (FDA), IDS Scheer said. ARIS Audit Manager is a Web-based workflow system that baselines, tests and certifies internal control systems (ICS). New features of the version include automatic workflow configuration, an escalation and sign-off management system and data transfer capabilities from a range of source systems.

ARIS Audit Manager has tools for companies to implement compliance requirements and internal inspection systems, including workflow software that tests and monitors the functionality of the internal inspection system and eliminates weaknesses. It also offers linkage of the inspection system to the processes.

The solution integrates with ARIS risk and compliance portals.
