Provides process and technology for demand-driven business model that enables information sharing

Dallas — July 9, 2004 — One Network Enterprises, Inc., a provider of supply chain systems and services, announced that One Network Platform will enable an integrated supply and demand chain offering recently launched by BearingPoint, one of the world's largest business consulting and systems integration firms.

The offering, known as SDN (Synchronous Demand Networks), will be introduced in a series of open executive meetings across North America and Europe.

BearingPoint's SDN offering provides both process and technology for companies to migrate to a demand-driven business model that enables the sharing of key information. It also manages supply, demand and logistics processes across a company's network of customers and suppliers.

John Cummings, a managing director with BearingPoint, said, "The benefits of SDN include up to a 50 percent reduction in chain-wide inventory and up to a 30 percent reduction in out-of-stocks, improving a company's cash flow."

Greg Brady, CEO of One Network, said "SDN is a business process manifestation of several technical concepts driving the development of One Network Platform during the last several years." He added that it is also a representation of how One Network is positioned to work with customers and partners, providing systems that adapt to their requirements so that unique ideas, strategies and intellectual property can be brought to life within generally available software.
